You’ll complete your application here. Be sure to name ALEXANDRIA ROSARIO (Florida) as your sponsor to get access to all of the resources mentioned on this page. Once eXp reviews your applicaion, they will send you the independent contractor agreement to sign.

The company will then switch you over and you’ll be charged the application fee of $149. You will get access to all of the resources from the Wolf Pack within one business day via email.

From beginning to end, the process takes a few days.

eXp honors your cap. During your onboarding, you’ll complete the cap deferment application to ensure that your cap doesn’t end until the anniversary date of your previous broker.

You’ll need to review the independent contractor agreement from your previous broker. In 99.9% of cases, you’ll still get paid. There may be an extra fee but your ICA will be able to tell you for sure.

eXp has both a luxury and commercial division. You’ll find that in many markets, eXp actually sells more properties in the luxury space than most of the legacy brands.
