Search Land: I believe you can also setup a search on your site with land properties so you can cater to the people who are going new construction

Get Qualified: Link them directly to your lender’s application. As a suggestion, I strongly recommend adding a video for them to watch that explains why this is so important and why using a local lender is essential.

Mortgage Calculator: There are a bunch of free calculators like this online. You may not get to see who is using this directly but it will help your peeps come to you more prepared

Sell vs. Rent Calculator: Check with your lender and see if they use Homebot. If so, they can add you as an agent and you can set your database up on a monthly nurture plan that walks them through how much equity they have, what it would look like to sell vs. rent vs. AirBnB
